Save the Date
You are invited to attend Lighthouse Ministries annual Illumination Luncheon on June 10th. We will be celebrating eleven years of service to others and honoring our volunteers on that day. Our keynote speaker will be Rev. Dr. J. Austin Watson. Held at the Floyd Conference Center at Carolinas Hospital at noon, it promises to be an interesting and fun time. Needs
Volunteer Opportunities
We need more volunteers to give their time to those in need in our community. More people are coming to us for help to pay utilities and rent, buy medicine, etc. Many asking for help for the first time or on fixed incomes with nowhere else to turn. Now we are asking for your help. With more volunteers we can do more. Our volunteers are a diverse group of people. WE NEED YOU! Don’t think you have any skills to offer? Can you answer phones? Speak with people? Help do mailings? Organize a food pantry? Call 629-0830 for a tour or stop in and see us... and bring a friend.
