BBQ/Chicken Bog A Big Success
Well, the BBQ for 2008 is over. Board member, Paula Hinson, lead our major fundraiser of the year. Because it was a huge success, we are able this year to help more people with their basic needs. This was truly a joint effort by many people including board members, sponsors, volunteers and staff.
To those who sponsored, we are sincerely grateful for your support. To those who sought out sponsors, sold tickets, bought tickets, helped to deliver dinners, helped to prepare orders, waited on customers, stuffed envelopes, and all kinds of other miscellaneous tasks, we offer our sincere thanks. We especially thank S & W Printing for printing our tickets and St. John’s Episcopal Church for the use of their facility. We could not have done it without all of you.
